Trilogy Permanent Jewelry Return & Repair Policy

At Trilogy, we take pride in creating lasting jewelry and memorable experiences. To ensure you love your piece, we offer the following policy:

Repairs

• We offer free repairs within the first 60 days of your purchase.

• If your chain is lost completely within the first 7 days, we will replace it at no cost.

• After 60 days, a $20 repair fee will apply for broken chains.

Important: If your chain breaks, please keep the chain and bring it with you to your repair appointment. Chains cannot be replaced without the original piece.

Exchanges & Returns

• Because each piece is custom-fitted and welded, all sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
